No upgrade, just leave the laptop on a bit longer when I don't need it.

From the UD forum
Posted: Mon Jan 19, 2004 11:10 pm Post subject: New Smallpox Protein
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The new smallpox protein has been activated. The protein is 1a36 (Human DNA Topoisomerase.)
Timings for this new protein are averaging ~7 minutes per ligand on a P4 1.5GHz. This of course may vary from workunit to workunit. Workunits are 200 ligands in size. Time outs have been set at the 14day and 21 day normal setting.
The protein file will be ud_6792611.
The threshold used to qualify as a hit has been increased. You can expect to see fewer and fewer hits per workunit because of this. Having no hits for a workunit is also possible.
Thank You Paul _________________ Paul Gentle
