mine too but I take it to all asthma checks now specially since the last asthma attack where they kept trying to make me use their meter and I was only getting 150 then I was panicking and making myself worse cos the nurse kept saying that to go from 400 to 150 was very worrying . Twas only our shells quick thinking (she tried the meter when the nurse wasn`t looking and only got 250) phew ! seems they used the new meters which confuse me no end I never know what I should be getting on them at least I know that I average 400 so anything going below that is a cause for concern

when I first found out that it was indeed asthma with me I remember saying "oh thank god it`s only asthma" dr. looked me in the eye and said "respect it because it is still a killer every year"

The lowest mine has been this past week is 141/91 and the highest 167/110 Has been 195/125 so an improvement. Doc's not allowed me to go to wrok since before Easter Talking about changing the meds now... btw the last (5 years or so) meds for bp gave me severe asthma that kept me of wrok for 5 weeks then. fun and games...
