Asthma check, where you blow into a device that tells you your peak flow mine is 540 at the moment measured in litres/ min

High is better as it measures how efficient your lungs work and how much air you exchange, you do it by taking a deep breath in and blowing into a peak flow meter as much as you can, all asthmatics should have a meter and check regularly, if the peak flow starts dropping noticeably you need to see your doctor, if done properly any problems should be caught early when treatment is easier.
